Advantages:
- Noiseless: Polyurethane (PU) is quite soft, so the collision and friction between gears and metals will not cause piercing sounds. Effectively reduce noise.
- Lightweight and low cost: The density of Polyurethane (PU) is only one seventh of steel. Normally, PU gears are produced by die-casting, and they do not need secondary machining, so the production costs are lower. We produce without quantity restrictions! Do not need molding charge! Save more!
- Smoothly: Our polyurethane (PU) gears have smooth surfaces, so the rotation will be unhindered.
- Low-speed gears: Polyurethane (PU) gears are all low-speed gears. High speed will cause overheating and damage the gears, so polyurethane (PU) gears must be equipped with cooling equipment.
- Rust-free: Different from steel gears, polyurethane (PU) gears do not have rust problems. But after long time using, the physical properties of the gears will be deteriorate, so check regularly and replace PU gears periodical.
